Though Borgopetra does not have its own restaurant, we are passionate about good food. Our breakfasts of local and seasonal delicacies (rare fruits, organic marmalades, ricotta, wood-oven baked bread, biscuits with flowers and herbs) will give you some idea. We know producers, restaurants, businesses of every kind: the place beneath the chestnut where a pair of hobbits sell their mountain produce, the best jam makers, where to buy porcini and ovuli mushrooms, superb pistachio ice cream and fantastic almond paste.
