Flexibility

Our two biggest units can be split into modules according to guests' requirements.

Orchard House can be split into:
Large Orchard Suite (110sqm/1148 sq ft, sleeps 2-4) with a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), large lounge/dining room facing onto the south staircase, room with double bed, bathroom entrance and bathroom and room with one or two single beds. Guests in the second room must pass through the master bedroom to reach the bathroom. For your exclusive use: the South terrace.

Orchard Suite (90 sqm/969 sq ft, sleeps 2) with a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), large lounge/dining room facing onto the south staircase, room with double bed, bathroom entrance and bathroom. A camp bed can sleep one child. For your exclusive use: the South terrace.

Orchard Cottage (40 sqm/430 sq ft, sleeps 2-3) with one room with double bed or two single beds and a room with a sofa bed and a “hidden” kitchen; bathroom entrance with washing machine, and bathroom. Guests in the second room must pass through the master bedroom to reach the bathroom. For your exclusive use: the South terrace.

The Baron's House can be split into:
Baron’s Suite (93 sqm/1000 sq ft, sleeps 2-4) with a large bedroom (double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed) with fireplace, a living/dining room with one or two sofa beds, plus bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Small private garden to south.
