Orchards and Gardens

Among walnut and jasmine, apricot and orange trees, the palm and the pepper, the plum tree and the pergola of ancient vines, the orchard houses the swimming pool. Facing North and West, the vegetable garden produces broccolis, fennels and salads in the winter, broad beans in the springtime and tomatoes, eggplants and zucchinis in the summer. Among the citrus trees grow the aromatic herbs which the guests find in their kitchens. Facing South, a small garden encircled by old walls where myrtle, peppermint and sage grow among shrubs flowering in every season.
