When we rent a module of one of the large houses we simply close the other part of the house. For understandable reasons we don’t propose the small module of a large house (such as the Orchard Cottage) when one of our two small units is available.
Prices include breakfast, daily maid service, parking, air conditioning/heating, gym and pool (in season), linen and towels (changed twice a week, every 3 or 4 nights).

1 Week Stay: 50% discount on the 7th night
2 Weeks Stay: 1 night free
3 Weeks Stay: 2 nights free
4 Weeks Stay: 3 nights free
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A down payment is due to secure your booking. You can pay your deposit by bank transfer or by credit card. Cancellation policy: you get the deposit back if you cancel 60 (or more) days before arrival.
For short stays (2 to 4 nights) the deposit is equivalent to the price of 1 night. For longer stays (from 5 nights onwards) we ask for 25 percent of the whole stay charge.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Bancomat or cash
Check in/check out
We are flexible, but if it is a changeover day we ask you to leave your apartment by 10 AM.; if you have a late flight, you can stay in the pool area as long as you like. As far as check-in is concerned, please avoid arriving late at night!
Closing Periods
Borgopetra will be closed from the 5th of November 2012 to the 29th of February 2013.
