Privacy and data protection policy

Personal data collected during registration, booking and other online processes via the Internet site, is used by Borgopetra to furnish the services you request and to inform you about other offers if you give your consent.

In accordance with Law 196/2003, your personal information is processed manually, or using computer and telemetric tools, for the sole purposes described above and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the said data.

By accepting this policy, you give your consent to the processing and communication of your data for the purposes of evaluating the quality of the service, market research, sales promotions, direct offers of products or services either from Borgopetra or third party vendors, by letter, telephone, the Internet and other systems of communication.

However, under article 7 of Law 196/2003 you may at any time exercise your right to have your details removed from the system. Requests should be made in writing to the Data Processing Controller, the management of Borgopetra.
